- Use a chair that provides good support to your lower back when sitting.
- Use a mattress to sleep on and avoid facing downward when sleeping. Make sure you are in a correct position.
- Avoid sitting and standing long hours.
- Don't lift heavy objects by bending your back.
- Avoid high heels.
- Get sufficient and regular exercise, avoid exerting yourself.
- Organize your life to promote harmonious, stress-reduced living.
- Cultivate good eating habit by controlling intake of food high in fat and salt. Maintain an ideal body weight.
